We had 7 windows installed and after a large rain storm, we noticed water leaking in and damage done to our walls. We called Northern and they sent out an inspector on Aug 24 who confirmed it was an installation error. He said that we would be forwarded to management and someone would be in touch with us as we would be considered a priority. After one week with no word, we phoned on Aug 30 and spoke with Lisa (Service Coordinator). She said that she had a tech right there and would get right back to us. A week goes by with no word so we call again today on Sept 7. I express my disgust politely (no cursing) and ask what is going on. Lisa refuses to speak with me or tell me what is going on. She says she will tell Troy to call me and that Troy is their manager. Then she hangs up. I phone back only to find out that the Office Manager has no idea what Troy does for the company. She puts me to their general mailbox. Do not trust this company!
