The problem was that our fridge was warm even though the freezer was working. The company sent a repairman the next day who called on his way to our house and then arrived on time. Once he arrived he explained what the problem was, how he would fix it and how to prevent this problem in the future. Once he completed his work he cleaned up the work area. I would recommend this company.
