the work to install the furnes was fine . the work to ensure that apaer work went thought to Hydro to get my rebate was poor . the paper work had to be sent in before the end of June did not happen. many phone call went un returned as I left messages to call . I recreved a call later in August telling me that time had passed by and I probely will not get my grant . I well be intouch with the sales person in a few days to fine out what can be done . the tech were good But theoffice staff need to be better

I'm so sorry to hear about the issue with your rebate! I assume you mean the Fortis rebate because Hydro does not have a rebate that ended in June. The only rebate that ended in June was the 2017 Fortis Furnace rebate and the office staff has no recollection of a declined rebate for that program. Could you please call the office at 604-552-2990 so that we can get this worked out? If you qualified for the rebate, we will do everything possible to get it for you.

UPDATE : I have just spoken to a Fortis representative regarding your application. It was sent to the head office for review and as far as she can tell, it will be sent through for payment asap. If it turns out that she is incorrect and you get a letter from Fortis declining the rebate, please give us a call and we will take care of the rebate for you. We always honor the terms of our contracts.
