Do not get involved with this company. I have a Jenn-Air refrigerator and the water line broke. The water damage in my home was upwards of $47,000.00. My insurance has gone up because of this. The refrigerator was repaired, and has since leaked water twice. The part has now been replaced twice. Had I not been home when the refrigerator leaked, there would be the same damage again. I have been begging, pleading for a new refrigerator for months. I have even faxed letters from state farm telling them that the part is faulty. They will not replace my refrigerator. What will I do when my extended warranty dries up. Their manager Deborah is rude, and unwilling to help. The tone in her voice makes you, the customer feel awful. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY. They are a farse, and should not be in the business.
