Robert and Yarko(? sorry if I've misspelled your name) were very friendly and courteous when they did our furnace cleaning. They answered my questions thoroughly and mentioned areas that I should pay attention to. Although they were 10 min late, I did receive a call to let me know they were on the way which I appreciate. Mark was also very courteous and informative when I booked my appointment.

Unfortunately earlier jobs sometimes take longer than expected and we are obliged to finish previous jobs without rushing them to get to the next appointment.
