I can't believe this company is an official warranty service provider to a brand like Whirlpool. The tech was emotionally and verbally abusive, caused intentional delays, was late for appointment, left appointments with no service provided/no explanation given. Do yourself a favor, and stay away from their horrendous service and total unprofessionalism!!!
