On the evening of the first major snow storm in November, one of the tension springs on my insulated double overhead garage door snapped as soon as I closed it. Both vehicles inside and no way to even manually open the door because it probably weighs about 400 pounds! Talk about panic mode. Early the next morning, I called Creative Door pleading my case hoping they could have someone help me out assuming that it might be a couple of days before help arrived. Even though their own computer system had gone down during the night and was still not up and running, Todd went out of his way and assured me that he would do his best to get me out of this pickle same day. True to his word, he had Service Technician Dal here mid-afternoon. Best of all, I was given a 15% discount on both parts and labour for being an AMA Member. 08.22.18 I was searching for a plumber a couple of months ago and was pleasantly surprised the first time I called Butler Plumbing Heating & Gasfitting Ltd. and spoke directly with owner Kevin K. I wanted some advice and possibly a quote to replace my existing Navien Tankless Water Heater. That was around 11am and he had senior plumber Kevin P. come by on his way home from work that same afternoon. We discussed my options and decide to go with a replacement.
