Debbie Martell in York

This is our second time using Tilestars (and Dmitri) for our kitchen backsplash...first time was about 8 years ago. He is just as talented and conscientious as he was before. The job took exactly as long as he had estimated and the price was fair for such a skilled tile job. He does his best to tidy each day when he leaves and he is a pleasure to have in our home. He is always very prompt replying to all of my texts. I would definitely recommend this company. Debbie

Joey responded almost immediately and came out to give a quote. He spent a long time explaining what he would do and why....even before we secured the job. That impressed me so much that we picked him to do the job. He did an amazing job, very quickly as well. I would definitely recommend his company for any patio or landscaping work.

I called Kyle for a quote and he was at my house within a few days. He gave me three options for soundproofing... Most expensive, least expensive and middle ground, which I chose. He explained all three in great detail and even re-explained when I clearly didn't 'get' the science behind noise and sound travel. He and his 2 guys started the job the very next week and were always on time, very pleasant and courteous and cleaned up impeccably both days. He even phoned me when he was abit late due to traffic. Kyle definitely went above and beyond for me and I highly recommend him. We even spoke about homestars, as that is how I found his company. He was genuinely upset with his negative reviews and even contacted homestars to try to find out who one of them was because he didn't see a name or job date and didn't think it was accurate. Due to homestars policies (which I don't entirely agree with) they didn't tell him a date or anything so he could address this 'customer'. I don't fully believe these negative reviews because I can honestly say this was the best company I have ever worked with and allowed in my home.

This was such a wonderful experience.....I bought 4 window coverings here over the course of the last year and I could not be happier. from the first step of me going to the showroom, the customer service was amazing...I think Maria was as excited as I was about choosing my coverings! my blinds were ready early and installation was on time and so quick I could'nt believe it. Highly recommend kingsway carpets and blinds!

I sent Rodrigo an email on homestars requesting an estimate and he replied within a few hours and came to my house to provide the estimate within a few days. So right away I was impressed with his desire to do the work, as so many contractors act like they are "bothered" by such requests!! Rodrigo and his assistant finished the job earlier than planned, cleaned up as much as possible for a floor project, and did an unbelievable job!! It looks beautiful, I had no hesitation leaving them in my home while I went to work, and that is an important factor to me because I do not want to be anywhere near the noise and mess of tile removal. I will try to add pictures soon. I highly recommend Kasa Bella.

Dmitry contacted me within a couple of hours of my sending him a message. He was able to start the project 2 days after my contacting him. He started on a Sunday...I don't think he ever takes a day off!! He did such an amazing job...the picture speaks for itself! He was so courteous and friendly that I felt comfortable going to work while he stayed at my house working!! He even got me a great deal on the tiles I LOVED...that I wouldn't have been able to afford otherwise. I would definitely recommend Dmitry to ANYONE!!! I will also be hiring him to do my wood floors in the kitchen...I can't wait!!
