The inspector I had was tidy , polite and conducted himself in a professional matter . They came with very short notice . After living in the home for a month or so I have found some things that were missed or wrongly identified. The poly b pluming was said to have copper fittings and in fact has mostly plastic . There were two studs romoved from a pony wall in the crawl space which was a main supporting , load bearing member and the house had settled quite a bit in that area. There was also a portion of the attic which was not at all insulted . In his defence there was no access and I had to make one in the closet but he should have mentioned there was no inspection done in this portion of the ceiling .
