Looking for window treatments, I needed someone that could help me make design choices for what our house would be after a few phases of renovations. I obtained 3 quotes and consults. Choosing Amazing Window Fashions was clear. I visited the showroom and received a tour of options from Courtney. Next Alex came to the house and he easily offered me the designer consult I hoped for and truly the best pricing. I received very efficient follow up calls and invoicing by email. Installation was on time (actually EARLY!) and professionally taken care of. All boxes/packaging were removed and I was given instructions on care and use. After installation I realized I needed to change the opening mechanisms on 3 of the blinds. A call to Courtney and arrangements were easy and once again fast. Alex personally delivered and reinstalled. The blinds look so wonderful and service was so easy that I considered going ahead with a second phase of draperies that I was planning later. Alex offered his honest opinion to wait until colour schemes were established. Once again his designer consult and value for service were evident. I highly recommend Amazing Window Fashion.

My customer service experience at Boss leather was truly exceptional. I purchased a sectional, club chairs, ottoman and cube seats. I got really well made products that are not just custom but pricing that beats competitors (and I shopped!) - hardwood frame, genuine leather, true spring support and choice of foam and fills that the big box stores don't give you. Ralph, his son Robert and daughter certainly know their craft, helping me make design choices that fit our space and would suit the function - 'you might consider staying away from piping for the rec room' 'definitely go with double stitching' 'think about this arm it's better to prop a pillow on' 'sure we can alter the cushion to suit.' When it came time to choose colours Ralph and his daughter both offered designer suggestions that blend in beautifully. Delivery was not just on time but flexible and in 4 weeks! Exceptional customer service, a really well made product and $value. I'll be back. highly recommend!

Moving Into a new home and neighbourhood I was overwhelmed with the number of maintenance and decorating projects. Great knowledgeable service. I went in determined to choose leather to re-upholster our stools. After consulting with Keith, he showed me the leather I thought I wanted + other options that would give me the look and feel + offer easy cleanup/maintenance. The foam is sturdy and the workmakship very neat. Thank you.
