David contacted me within a few hours of receiving my request for quote. The job was to remove and dispose of carpet in one room and lay new laminate flooring. Price quoted was surprisingly reasonable. I sourced the laminate and he picked up the boxes. David and his crew were very professional, efficient, courteous and friendly, very respectful of my house and my nosy puppy. They left the room spotless when they were done and swept the driveway where they had cut the laminate pieces. I’m very pleased with the completed job. Will definitely use Melrose Flooring again and recommend them without hesitation.

My first time using this service and found Donna and Sherry to be punctual, friendly, efficient and hard working . Gave the house a thorough cleaning and it smelled nice and fresh when they left. Will certainly continue to use them for my biweekly clean.

Service performed by Phil Latour (7546). He took the time to explain what he was doing and what I should be looking for from both pieces of equipment.. He was courteous and very respectful of my home, my pet and me. I've had the Protection Plan for five years now and he's the first Tech that has ever invited me to watch what he was doing. Tony Barukcic is very professional. He listened to what we wanted and gave many solid suggestions and recommendations. A detailed contract was written that outlined scope of work, materials and budget. The work was done by a skilled crew. Materials were of high quality. They used drop clothes and cleaned up at the end of each day. The work exceeded our expectations. The project took longer than expected and a bit above budget but that was because we made many changes that made the project even better. We will definitely use YHIT again.
