We had maintenance call on June 8th and then our A/C failed in August 15. Our Tech Jesse came out and found a bug stuck in the contact. The service call and repair were FREE because it was in the allotted time to considered a recall. I had contacted the office prior to the service call and expecting we might need a full replacement, Audrey the sales associate was going to come out on a Saturday evening at 6pm to expedite a sales assessment for replacement. Way beyond the call of duty. We only started using this company last year for maintenance and their plus program is worth it. These folks are gold star all the way for sales, service and customer support. Thanks so much to Roy Inch and their staff.. Great job. Keith
