We called Arrow for annual maintenance to our gas furnace. When at our house, the repairman said the pilot light was out, and that had to be lit before any maintenance. I asked him if I did not want to proceed, if there would be a cost? He said YES - because he already came to the house, and this cost me $160 !!!!! The job took about 2 minutes. (to light the Pilot light). We were completely misled, and overcharged. The original job was never done; I was OVERCHARGED for something very simple and quick. I will NEVER use this company again, and I would recommend to everyone to choose someone more reasonable and honest.
