We are moving in for the first time and need to do several pick ups for the TV, sofa, bed, stuff from the previous home (x2), smaller purchases from furniture stores - not an ounce of complaint from Sam! Super reliable - the ONLY improvement I'd say is to give them your own tape. They use a cheaper tape for the furnitures (so drawers don't slide out, etc.) and it leaves a layer of sticky film which is tricky to get off (didn't ruin the furniture though - just need to really scrub/wash it off).

Had a party where a guest spilled a bit of soda on the carpet in the party room. The building management wanted me to pay some ridiculous $100+ for them to hire someone to clean it. Called up Fresh Interiors and they came in the same day and got it cleaned!! Very reliable and knowledgable staff! Highly recommend!!
