Unfortunately the experience with Mrmoving was one I would never want to experience again. While they did accommodate a short time frame for booking the move the actual move was a nightmare. Many items were damaged, walls were banged up in both new and old homes and newly finished floors were scratched and gouged. Because a majority of the furniture required reassembling most of the damage was not discovered for a few days after the move as we began to put things together. Even though we paid for additional insurance because we reported the damage after 48 hours, insurance would not cover anything. We are still finding gouges and scratches on furniture. The one comment that we found most insulting was ‘how do we know you didn’t damage the furniture when you were putting it together’. Overall a horrible experience.

The agreement was acknowledged to you by our driver on the moving date , was signed by you assuming you were fully aware of damage reporting policy with in 48 hours.
we all assumed every thing went well since we have not heard back from you for almost 7 days.
Unfortunately our insurance company rejected the claim since we received it almost 7 days after the move was done.
we tried our best to complete this job as best as we could , our track record shows the history of satisfied customers we had in the past.
we are so sorry about the circumstances, we will try to be a better moving company in future.
