JDSA Bailey Construction truly saved my basement after a major water leak! While I was on vacation, my hot water tank burst, flooding my basement. I was able to salvage most of the hardwood flooring, but the drywall and subfloor were damaged beyond repair. After removing the ruined materials and drying the area with industrial dehumidifiers, I hired JDSA Bailey Construction to restore the space. From start to finish, their team handled everything with efficiency and professionalism. They replaced the insulation and resealed the vapor barrier, installed new drywall (mudding, taping, and sanding), installed a new subfloor, and carefully reinstalled the hardwood flooring. They even touched up some of the paint on other walls of the basement that werent part of the original quote at no extra charge! The workers were prompt, skilled, and completed the project ahead of schedule. The price was fair and reasonable for the level of work provided. I also appreciated their attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship. I feel fortunate to have worked with such a reliable and professional company. Without a doubt, Id hire them again in the future. Highly recommended!

My A/C died in the summer heatwave. My home is 15 years old, and so I decided to replace the furnace too. I had Boemhers put in a a new high efficiency furnace, new 3 ton A/C unit and humidifier for my home. Overall I was very happy with the install quality and service. The Pros Curtis, Cody and Shawn did a great job with the install. They were very professional and did a great job explaining how to operate and maintain the system. The workmanship on Bohmer's install was way better than the original furnace put in by the builder. I also thought that the salesman, Al did a good job explaining various different options, without being pushy. I will use Boehmers again.
