Mr Milner was a breath of fresh air - did what he said he would do in a timely fashion at a very fair price which is incredibly hard to find in the construction renovation business here in the lower mainland. He did an incredible job on a tricky repair quickly and left my place clean. As a bonus he was cheerful but not wasteful with his time or mine.
