I recently hired Original Roofers to replace the tar roof on my one-car garage, and I am extremely satisfied with their work. From start to finish, they demonstrated professionalism and reliability. They arrived on time for the initial estimate, which was a promising start to the project. Although there was a slight delay of one day due to rain, the team communicated effectively and rescheduled promptly. I had the opportunity to observe their work from an upstairs window, and I was impressed by the care and precision they demonstrated throughout the process. It was clear that they were committed to doing the job right. The cleanup was another highlight. The crew treated my property with the same respect and care that I would have, ensuring that everything was tidy and in order once the job was completed. Finally, they managed to stay within my budget, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend Original Roofers for their professionalism, quality workmanship, and attention to detail. They made the entire experience stress-free and delivered excellent results.

I dealt with both Amar and Maaz. In spite of the current COVID 19 pandemic, they were able to slot the survey of my property into the queue and execute it in a timely manner. Amar was very helpful in helping me select which property survey was required.

I can't speak highly enough of the service I received from Jose and his team. His customer service, expertise and professionalism stands out to me in the sea of technicians. I called Jose to service my water heater as it wasn't operating. He came by and replaced the burner as it had corroded and wasn't igniting anymore. While he was here I got a quote on a water heater replacement as my current water heater was over 20 years old. Jose also noted that there was issues with the installation of my furnace which my previous contractor installed without gas testing and not up to code. As a result about a month later I had Jose come back in to install a new water heater (shown in the picture below) along with correcting the incompetence of the previous contractor. I intend on having Jose do some additional electrical and air conditioning work on my house either later this year or next year. I truly wish him the best with his business as trade people like him are few and far between.
