I bought approx 700 sq ft of hardwood flooring based on a sample in the showroom. The sample turned out to be a poor representation of the actual product despite reassurances from the owner of Beyond Flooring (Yves Provencher). I noticed the discrepancy after the product was delivered and wanted to return the product that was significantly different than my order. Yves initially agreed to take back the unused portion of the flooring and refund the cost. Yves later decided against refunding the money after he had a discussion with his supplier. I was stuck with the entire cost of the floor and 100% of the floor went in the garbage. Yves did not honour his word and had complete disregard for his customer.
