I know ABM Home Climate Inc since 2018 when Alex and his team did a fantastic job on replacing our old Furnace, AC, Humidifier with a brand new one. Last Saturday, I tried to install a recently purchased smart thermostat, but after a few hours spent on wirings on the Furnace control board and Thermostat, I ended up with a system that was not working at all! Being disappointed, I called Alex to ask for help. He answered my first call on Saturday evening and patiently took his time on the phone with me to go through all the wirings in Furnace control board and Power Extender Kit, as well as Thermostat wirings. He helped me to find and replace a blown fuse on Furnace control board which was due to my initial wrong wiring. I was blown away by the customer service and how Alex explained and showed me exactly what needed to be done and why. He even helped me to go through the initial setup process of the Smart Thermostat. I am so impressed with the customer service received from Alex and highly recommend ABM Home Climate Inc.
