Ryan and his employees did an excellent job rebuilding our deck. Our previous one was very old and had footings that were not to standard. They did a total tear-down and rebuild from scratch. He made excellent suggestions, such as extending the deck to make it wider and longer, which made all the difference in the finished product. My neighbour, who is very technically-inclined, noted how solid the structuring was - noting that the deck will outlive us, and that is true; it's super solid. Ryan also thought of little details, like correcting the downspout position of the water drain pipe from the roof, trimming off wood that could have been a hazard for people to walk under, and making other adjustments that increased the overall aesthetics of the deck. Overall, we are quite satisfied. His work is excellent, he is honest and reliable. What more can you ask from a contractor?

I enjoyed communicating with Diego; he's a very friendly guy. He honoured a quote he had given me a year before. I did need to initiate conversation with Diego to confirm a date for paving a few weeks after the driveway was broken up, but this also gave time for the gravel to settle. When the guys came to pave, I enjoyed chatting with them. They were very efficient and neat. The driveway is now smooth and even, ready for basketball!
