I started using Simple Sudz, a year ago. My road to going "green" has started with a search for home cleaning products that did not use harsh chemicals and were natural. Well this cleaner has rose to the challenge, and believe me I am a tough critic. Prior to using Simple Sudz, I refused to use any cleaner that did not have a scent! My initial resistance to using the product was its scent free nature. After a year, I have actually changed my opinion and prefer using this scentless product; I like the feeling of simplicity and cleanness in the bathrooms and kitchen after.
Very little is needed to do a good job – it washes away easily – and further more, you get nice sparkly sinks and tubs. And better yet – a greaseless oven hood range (a true miracle to me). Being a true born and raised Comet Child – I am pleased with the results – and happy that I don’t have to waste tons of water trying to get rid of that is left behind.
As well it is versatile, use it as a paste or dilute it and use it as a liquid. It all depends on your preference. If you are drawn to scents then you can add a few drops of any essential oil. I prefer to use this product as a paste, so I simply spread it on the surface I want to clean, and then spread it around with a wet sponge and rinse away.
My favourite use I have discovered so far is getting rid of bad smells. I use coconut oil in my hair once a week – and while it does help with getting luscious locks – it leaves a smell behind that I cannot stomach. On the towels I use, in my hair – it is quite hard for me to bear. One day after shampooing my hair three times – I used Simple Sudz – knowing it is non toxic – and thinking I had nothing to lose. It worked wonderfully – no coconut oil anywhere – and my hair was soft and shiny. I repeated the process on my towel – voila! It worked far better than my detergent – as my towel had been subjected to three washes as well.
I love this product – my sister uses it and we are trying to get my mom to use it as well. Every day is a new day – as you can find another way to use it.
