The part of this (endless, troublesome) reno that I was dreading the most turned out to be completely trouble-free! Dave showed up with his crew at 7 a.m. sharp, and did a quick and neat job of removing an ancient, asbestos-clad boiler, and an obsolete oil tank. It was all so fast and clean I missed seeing the guys in their hazmat suits. By the time I came down to check on the progress, the job was done! Throughout the process--from the day he did his original estimate, he's been unfailingly polite and helpful. Re-assuring that one can still get 'good help'. Can't recommend him highly enough!
