Bathroom Reno & Install 2 Bathroom Ceiling Exhaust Fans
Jason is kind, professional and did an excellent job etching and repainting our old ceramic tiles and porcelain tub. However, he also installed two new bathroom ceiling exhaust fans with new roof vents, one of which leaked onto the floor every time it rained. Unfortunately, Jason’s roofer was unable to fix this leak so we had to hire a different roofer at our cost to make the necessary repair.

hi melodie
thanks for your update. I am sorry you felt it necessary to hire somebody else. i accept your input and decision but just to be clear on this issue for the purpose of the review...when first notified, we promptly sent the original installer to look and do what was necessary to address issue. He did, according to him...unfortunately, the water issue was not fixed..when brought up the next time I very promptly sent a different licensed and competent roofer to fix problem....he showed up the next day and did what he felt was necessary to address issue, at my expense..which I paid for...unfortunately water appeared again...I discussed with your son and felt that the issue may be the result of something else and I would address it but could not get there for at least two weeks as it would require me to crawl into the attic...I was very clear that I would do it but was swamped and not near by and could not for at least two weeks...
it was less than 10 days when your son texted me to tell me that someone else was hired to address the issue..
this is totally your prerogative and I accept your decision..
I just want to make it clear that I was more than accomodating at my expense and was very willing to do what was needed.I take my roofers word that the vent should not be leaking and I remain convinced that it is a separate issue..of course I could be wrong. I hope that the issue does not return after the fourth attempt at that one vent
I wish you all the best
