I've had a terrible experience with these guys. They first opened my pool in the spring and forgot to change the light bulbs as I had asked, then after several follow ups they completely ignored my calls because 'they were too busy'. I tried giving them another chance by having them close my pool this year and they left the job half way because it was taking them too much time to do. They were extremely unprofessional and the worst pool company I've ever dealt with. Fortunately I didn't pay in advance for the closing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
