Andrea and her team have been fantastic and very accommodating. My initial goal is always to get a color consult, but she always offers so much more. Her services offer a 1 stop shop for any home design / decor consultation you require. She is also brilliant with space planning for families with multiple kids, and is budget friendly in her design recommendations such as for re-use of existing furniture, pictures and decor. Truly great at re-imagining spaces. We used her for 2 family home moves and it saved us a lot in terms of re-use. The dollar value reflects approximately 2 hours of work which covered color consult for a 2 story home and some decor suggestions.

Spring 2014 Joel came to Install laminate & tile flooring in our basement. He also tiled a shower stall threshold & installed the shower doors and bathroom vanity. He was punctual in getting the job done and at a cost of about $1,500 (plus materials) that we felt was reasonable. In less than 1 year the laminate flooring started to buckle near 1 wall. In 14 months after the install, we noticed a leak in the shower stall threshold and some grout is falling away. We had someone else here for a different project and he said there likely was no waterproof membrane added to the threshold under the tiles and that it would need to be re-done. Regardless of the reason, we have contacted Joel to come out and take a look. Three times he said he would come and take a look and all 3 times he didn't show up and he didn't call to say he wouldn't be coming. I have to keep chasing after him. And now he has stopped responding to my text messages. So buyer beware! If he screws up ypur job, don't expect to see him again!

have had mice in walls of both lower & upper floors. House has vents in floor of the main storey and ceiling of the upper storey...i.e. no vents the floor of the upper storey so hard to get access. They ended up spraying a dust through small opennings in the pot lights of the main floor. Of course they also put lots of bait in the attic. A few days later I had a small water leak requiring me to cut a hole in the kitchen ceiling of the main floor. This made access to the main floor ceiling much easier. He came back at no additional cost and threw bait between the floors above the kitchen. They are obviously very dedicated to doing a thorough job and want to ensure customers are satisfied.
