I had a big job come up at my place when legalising finished basement in Brampton. I got quote from a few suppliers and decided to go with Mike as he was the only one who was smart to advice on carrying the works without causing too much damage to the property. 2 weeks later my inspection went through without any troubles and Mike was very professional through out.
