Raffy and his guys are a pleasure to work with because they treat their business like professionals, they respect their customers, and they do everything that they can to fulfill their demands. Always on time for meetings, and they always respond to phone or email queries within an hour or two--can't say that about too many companies regardless of the industry. I am a careful consumer, and like you, I read all of these positive reviews in Homestars and wondered whether they were all for real. I had booked an appointment with another concrete company to get an estimate, and the person we were scheduled to meet ended up being 3 hours late. The next day, we contacted Elite Designed Concrete Inc. and spoke to Raffy. He appeared on time for our scheduled meeting, he gave us design and color ideas to consider, showed us pictures, and then provided us a list of locations where we could view their previous work. Needless to say, we did hire Elite. The work was just completed today, and we could not be more happy. There are many steps to creating a concrete structure of any type, so it is important that the company you work with fully explains the process so that you can anticipate what is to come. Raffy and Marcello did just that. I can further say that his staff are also very friendly and accommodating. They know what they are doing, so they go about their work with minimal supervision and they are always professional and courteous. The work they do is often under difficult conditions where they are crawling around on their knees for hours, but they never seemed to try to rush things through as they painstakingly, and patiently, perform the small and detail oriented tasks that in the end, is what makes people so admire the finished product. I would certain engage Raffy and his crew for any future concrete work I may have, and I would also highly recommend Elite Desgined Concrete Inc. to anyone thinking about doing a concrete walkway, driveway, back patio, etc. Postscript: I was out one morning, and when I returned home, I noticed that Raffy's guys had come by and backfilled soil around my walkway, and spread grass seed on top. Talk about a thorough job!
