Avoid this company. They billed $660 to charge our AC unit with refrigerant, but did not find or repair the leak (they have to come back another day and said it would be an all-day job to find and repair the leak). The service fee is more than double of the top rated competitors in the GTA. The margin on refrigerant and furnace filters is close to 100%. They charge $120 travel fee, plus $85 per hour (most competitors charge $100 for travel plus first hour). Two other competitors said they would typically charge $240-$350 labour and material. They don't return phone calls (I called 3 times to discuss the invoice). It seems this company does not value customer service or repeat customers. Take your money somewhere else.

Air conditioner was no longer cooling. I called them for help. The technician came within a couple of hours. Very knowledgeable. Very friendly. Explained everything he was going to do and why and indicated the cost ahead of time. Made me understand what was going on and made me very comfortable. Head and shoulders better than the first service I called in. Highly recommended.
