Friendly and professional service. They quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an accurate estimate. They had the parts on hand even though our dryer was 27 years old. After replacing the broken parts (belt and relay) they completed additional repairs and maintenance (fastening the motor more securely and overall system cleaning) in order to ensure that the dryer was performing optimally and that the problem was unlikely to recur. They explained all of the work that was done and gave advice regarding the typical performance of our model of dryer and possible concerns regarding availability of replacement parts if additional repairs are required in the future. We were very pleased with this service.
