I am extremely impressed with Pro Concrete and would highly recommend them to anybody. Last November they rushed to get my concrete steps, porch, and pathway done for me before the winter set in. They needed to rush due to my persistence in wanting it done last year. Well what happened was that a molding form was put in backwards which effected the look of a nose on a step. Because the job was essentially complete and I was relieved that we had some safe steps and walking path through the winter I paid for the job with the promise of the problem being fixed this spring. Some might say that wasn’t smart but I had a very good feeling for this company although I did have times when I wondered what the fix would be like. I am taking the time to write this note because of the response this spring. Luiz, the boss of the crew that did my job last year recently made arrangements for us to meet and discuss the repair. What he had to say blew my mind. He thought there could be a colour match problem with a repair and what he is planning is to take it all out and redo the whole job. His crew came the following day and did just that. They broke up and removed an almost perfect job and replaced it with a perfect job. Totally amazing service Luiz. We are very happy and grateful for such a massive response to our problem. In my opinion something can always go wrong with any job but what separates the good from bad is how the company resolves the problem

Hired Bradley Pools to paint our pool as recommended by John the owner. The paint bubbled and peeled almost immediately. The following year I spoke to John about this problem and he told me basically I was on my own and that he won't be able to help me. Because Bradley lives around the corner from me I thought I was able to trust them but he and his son just drive past me and ignore me. I paid $7000 to have the mess they did sandblasted and painted properly. The process used by the new painter has stood up since and was totally different to how Bradley works. He also likes to be paid American dollars in hand. Don't go near these guys. This happened after selling me $5000 worth of new equipment so if you think loyalty will help out just wait and see. I'm 67 years and this is the worst business experience ever for me.

Great company!!! Presentation in my home of materials used in their roofs with a clear explanation as to what you are buying and which one is right for you. Of three quotes I received theirs was the most comprehensive and also the most reasonable. After signing for the job all things went exactly as expected. Timeline, materials used, workmanship, polite and friendly workman. It sounds strange but these guys are quiet roofers that get stuck in. They ripped the old and replaced with new in eight hours and a fabulous job to boot.
