Canyon Springs Overhead Door Company is a local Tri-Cities business. The torsion spring unexpectedly broke. Phoned Brad (owner of this 34 year old business), who responded quickly. Such a nice change from having to leave messages and playing phone tag. Brad was on another job, finished it and arrived within two hours. It was also nice Brad had the required part so was able to replace the broken torsion spring right away, none of this having to wait for the part to come in, etc. Brad is knowledgeable and helpful. We are please with the workmanship and service. Brad's slogan is "He's just a phone call away" and we definitely would phone him again for any future issues. Thank you Brad!

Knights Insulation was a pleasure to do business with. Anny (Office Mgr.) was professional and courteous when booking a free consultation. We appreciated Jake (Estimator/Consultant) phoning us ahead of time to let us know when he would be arriving. He was respectful of our home, by taking his shoes off and after the attic inspection, he was knowledgeable about the deficiencies of the attic and what was needed to bring the insulation to R50 on completion. The estimate was emailed to us the same day. Jeremy and Brad (father and son installers) phoned in advance on installation day and arrived on time. They were polite, professional and hardworking. You can tell they are experienced by their efficiency in setting up, doing the actual job and cleaning up. We appreciated their putting drop sheets wherever needed, to protect our home. When the install was finished, Jeremy had us view the attic space and informed us of other details that were pertinent. Knights Insulation is a family run business that has been around for 39 years. We discovered Bioules Home and Garden after witnessing their work done on our neighbour's back yard. Nothing beats seeing first hand the start of a project and the end result. We knew we wanted Christophe Bioules (owner and operator) to come over to give us an estimate. Christophe was professional, courteous and helpful in the planning stages. Communication was good throughout the whole process. Christophe is hardworking and knowledgeable in landscape design, excavation/bobcat services and is a certified Allan Block installer. Stan (employee) is hardworking, punctual, a meticulous master craftsman with great attention to detail. We were impressed with the high quality workmanship and care throughout the whole project. We have received many compliments from other neighbours and friends because of the outstanding work done by Bioules Home and Garden. 1/2 deposit is required just prior to the start of the project and the balance due at end of project. Christophe and Stan did an amazing clean up job at the end of the project, removing all the waste material and pressure washing the whole driveway and laneway, which was an added bonus for us and the neighbours. A very thoughtful gesture. Bioules Home and Garden is highly recommended. The work done by Christophe and Stan is outstanding in every aspect. Also, they are both non-smokers, which is great. No extra breaks or cigarette butts on your property. Thank you to Christophe and Stan!

We contacted Blue Heron Gutters (via email) for an estimate and Tristan Slocum, who is the owner and installer (company was started in 2008), replied quickly. He was on his way to another estimate and stopped by to assess what we required. He explained the products available and design options. For minimal to no maintenance, we went with fast flow funnels, leaf collection boxes and a fascia board wrap. Depending on your wants, needs and budget, there are many options. The quote was emailed to us promptly the next day. Tristan was able to fit us in earlier than originally scheduled. Tristan is courteous and professional in his communications with us in regards to any questions and concerns that we had about the products and the job. The day before the install, he let us know the time they were starting and how long the job would take. The install took less time than anticipated. Tristan and his employee removed the old debris and cleaned up the site. We are pleased with the results. The gutters and down pipes look great! Of course, this might be the only time we want some summer rain so that we can test out the product and the workmanship! Thank you to Tristan and Blue Heron Gutters!
