After one year of use both sides of the handle slide past the power cut-out lines and the mower stops. My local Home Depot was unable to find any repair shop or be helpful in any way. I called the EGO "Help Line" during the listed hours and the line was busy. I left my phone number for a call-back and no call back happened. The mower is defective and the service is non-existent.
