Poor communication and service
I got all my windows changed under Green On. Britt quoted us 6-8 weeks for windows to arrive, but they came 16 weeks later with zero communication about delay. We originally went with them because of timeframe. Installation was fine, they trampled on some stuff that broke (guess it's normal). No communication on how to pay, they sent no invoice, and left no paperwork/warranty. I had to request for everything. Also, 2 additional windows were supposed to be installed and no communication that it wasn't happening.

We are sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied. Britt has been trying to contact you, however he has not had any luck with a call back. It appears your windows took 10 weeks from time of order, not 16 weeks. We apologize for the 2 week delay, however with GreenON I am sure you can understand that we are working as fast as we can. The installers had your invoice which they normally give to you after the final walk through however no one was present when they finished the work. The office typically sends out all paperwork when that happens, however you had contacted them before they were able to do so. As for the 2 additional windows, they were ordered a couple weeks after the original order therefore a delay is to be expected.
