I had a very bad experience with Tasco. I bought a few appliances from them and right from the start I had problems with the Microwave-Oven from JennAir. I called Tasco and they did nothing to help me. They do not have any weight with the manufacturers, their customer service is very poor . I even got in touch with their manager and for a while she never return my calls or emails. It took me 6 months and over 20 calls to solve the problem. I will never buy an appliance from Tasco again and will never recommend this store to anybody. Go to Sears they can get you any brand and if there is any problem you get much faster resolution. A very dissatisfied customer.

It is unfortunate that you have had a serivce related issue so early into owning your new microwave from Jenn air. Should it have occured? Absolutely not. Each appliance that we sell comes with a manufacturer's warranty which Tasco does not hold, in your case Whirlpool Canada. We are sorry that this occured.
