I'm so disappointed so far with your company!! We signed a contract in January for new Windows for the entire house and here we are in July 6mos later and no windows and no explanation of when they will be installed. Can't someone look into contacting manufacturers to see where my order stands. You had my down payment for 6 most . Am I ever gonna get my windows? I have been told by Maria that it's too late for a refund even she offered that option a few times before .iwould like a response from you regarding this matter.So far I am so sorry I decided to go with George Kent construction for this job. Sorry but as we discussed on the phone the Green Ontario Program while great for consumers has created chaos in the industry. In the last 70 years of our history we have never encounter such delays but all the major manufacturers and dealers have simply been overwhelmed by the demand created by the rebate program.
We are pushing our manufacturer daily to increase their production.
