Purchased a microwave/convection and laundry pair from Universal appliances. The pricing was good (especially for the laundry pair) and the delivery was very good as well! The post sales service, as well as their affiliated company that provides warranty service has been only ok. We have had issues with the micro/convection and had trouble getting any response from Universal. When we were put in touch with the warranty company at first they were helpful to try and get the problem resolved and now it has been 6 months and the part is still not installed (we have to keep checking in with them....as apparently it is backordered).

I'm sorry to hear your having difficulty getting your microwave repaired. It is very unusual for a part to take 6 months to arrive. If we can be of further assistance please call the store, we would be happy to look into this for you.

One word......AMAZING! The pricing was great, the workmanship was excellent, the floors are stunning and the post-installation service was great too! Honestly everyone at this company was phenomenal to deal with...... I would (and do) recommend Rome flooring to everyone!!!

Excellent sales and post sales service! Appliances were stored for us when the house construction was delayed and the delivery went well. The only issue we encountered is that the dishwasher did not have a functional handle and we had to wait for MONTHS to get one (this was a KitchenAid issue, not a Future shop one).
