60 years old house. I am very happy with the work that was performed on my property. Phill is very knowlegable in plumbing and in his trade. Also, he has great talent for emergency management. most of all, he was very respectful of my property; taking shoes off. if he had to have shoes, he covered them with plastic bag... One last thing- when he was doing some work in my laundry room, i noticed that he places his plumbing tools on his ipad and not on my washing machine which is probably 20 years old. Little things do count for me. All in all, a Great Guy to work with. I found Sewer Squad Plumbing via google. Called them about swage backing up in my basement. Phill, shows up on the same day, within a few hours. Before any work was done. I was told how much the inspection would cost. Fair enough. I was given mutiple options. ranging from econimcal quick fixes to $$ half-way fixes to $$$$ all out, lets get this fixed up and good to go for the next 50 years, fixes. I selected the long term fix which required 2 excavations. and a lot of new pipes. Before the start of work, Phill explained to me what is about to happen and what the timeline of the project would be. project went exactly as planned. Bonus 1 - eventhough I agreed to the higher price quoted initially, Phill found me some major savings along the way without any sacrifice in the quality of the work. AND he passed on the savings directly back to me. Bonus 2 - Phill performed multiple miscellaneous plumbing tasks around the house for very little money at a discounted rate. I appreciate it. Bonus 3 - knowledgeable. Respectful. Confident. Did what he said he would do. under promised and over delivered. Solid guy- would recommend to anyone. Great service at a reasonable price.
