We had half of a large tree fall in our backyard during a recent wind storm in Toronto. The downed tree fell into our neighbours' backyards too. In total, 5 properties were affected. I called Craig, who runs CB Tree Service, early the next morning and he promised to be there by 10:30. He was. Immediately, he gave me a reasonable quote and committed to take on the job. (Other tree companies would only commit to coming out several days later to start the process). Even though he had other clients already, Craig and his crew agreed to come back and get started that night. They cleared my immediate neighbours' yard of debris, much to her relief. During the next several weeks, Craig kept this complicated project on track. His crew was professional, courteous and considerate and Craig dealt well all of the affected people extremely well. First they cleared all of the debris out of the yards (4 of us hired him to do this work) and that was a big job. Then, my wife and I hired him to take down the remaining part of the tree. It was difficult work: Craig had to scale the tree to very high heights, cut the limbs and lower them safely to the ground. But he and his team did that...without any problem whatsoever. Despite dealing with extreme weather (torrential thunderstorms, extreme heat) and other challenges, CB Tree got the work done as quickly as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for another job - large or small. If you hire them, you will be in very good hands with Craig and CB Tree.

It was quite a large tree that fell over many yards, but in spite of It's gigantic size, fortunately it missed all the homes and landed as good as could be hoped. Luckily no one was injured. We were grateful to have been chosen to clean up the storm damage and remove the hazard. We were also pleased that all your neighbours chose us to do their work as well. Thank you for your patience and understanding through the whole process which navigated insurance claims, inclement weather, parking issues, cable and telephone line repairs and other delays beyond everyone's control, the project lasted longer than we all had planned.
