We have had Mark work on our previous furnace and ac a few times over the past 10 years, and his service and advice has always been great! This time our furnace broke down on a late Feb morning, and he was there to look at within a half day. We needed to replace the furnace in the midst of the cold winter, and with the help of Mazier to guide us on new options and Mark to install we had a new furnace within a few days. They are kind people, respectful and never concerned with upselling, and yet gives good advice around questions of quality. Before this, we always felt good about having Mark to help with our heating/cooling concerns, and now that has increased. I will recommend them without hesitation to family or friends. Sophia at Endless Stone was fantastic to work with on our project to get rid of concrete in backyard, and then landscape. The estimated price she gave was the final price as well, despite the many difficulties of getting the thick concrete out of a small Toronto backyard. Dominic and his crew were able to navigate heavy machinery in that small space and get all the concrete out in a good way, and then did a beautiful job laying the interlocking brick and sod. As I told them when it was done, "I am so appreciative of the work your team did. It looks fantastic and as close to my vision as could be. Now down to the work of transplanting some trees and finishing the studio shed." They were great people to work with and true to their word. I would recommend them to any friend or family. I have had Mark come to install a furnace and AC unit in the past, and as with the past this time was excellent. He is committed to working with his customers in a conscientious and timely, and the cost is always what is quoted. When our furnace humidifier broke down this time (leaking water), he was here within 24 hours and did fantastic work as usual. I recommend him to all my friends, and happy to recommend him to those looking for services on Home Stars. Nice man and great work!!

We have had Mark in to install and service our furnace, and he has always been fantastic (ie. prompt, knowledgable, kind, and trustworthy). As such, we decided to have him install a new AC for us as well. Once again, his service was impeccable and timely, we could not be happier!

Our furnace stopped working on the coldest day of this winter, and we called M Narsi (House Depot) because he had done such great work installing the furnace a few years earlier. He responded to our call within a few minutes and ensured our house was being heated. This is a very ethical company and someone you can count on for furnace work generally or in emergencies. We recommend him to all of our friends and family, as we could not be happier with the service.

Mark was very informative, punctual, thorough and diligent with the installation of our furnace. He answered all our questions and provided the service at a good price. We will go back to him for all our heating, cooling and water services.
