Mark is a patient, pleasant, and very responsive PM. We trusted him with our reno project and we're glad we did. We appreciated the good vibes he and his team consistently brought. Everyone was professional and skilled at their trade. He ensured we were happy with the final product by going above and beyond what we initially agreed. I can't imagine that's typical for these kind of projects. We will be recommending Mark and his team to our friends and family for all renovations.

Brutal customer service. Avoid these hucksters at all cost. I've had an issue for months now. Customer service says they will have to look into something and will call back, but they never do. Been waiting months for a simple problem to be fixed.
