The HVAC of my condo unit suddenly stopped working during this long weekend. The property management company recommended a service company to me, but no one answered my phone and I found the online review of that service company was appallingly bad. So I decided to do my own search and found Service Express. I contacted them rather late last night (Canada Day), but Paul promptly answered me and he came today although today is still holiday and my house is not so near them. It turned out that the issue with my HVAC was the coil needed cleaning. Paul explained this to me, cleaned it for me and just charged a reasonable inspection fee. I appreciate his quick response, honesty and effective service. I will definitely continue to hire this company in future if need be and recommend them to others.
