When we could not figure out a past waterproofing issue we called many waterproofers to try to find the answer. Kris arrived promptly when we called, had answers to our questions, and began the work quickly. It has now been 1.5 years since he waterproofed our basement and we have had no issues since. His team worked tremendously hard to get the job done well and quickly. The clean up was very well done also. I have and will continue to recommend Kris to others. He just knows what he is doing! Unlike the previous review, when we had a small favor to ask when the work was done, Kris came back quickly and did the extra work. He had already been paid and was not obligated to. He has restored my faith in home repair/renovation tradespeople. Thank you KP Waterproofing!

David and his team removed the original cast iron asbestos wrapped boiler and all the asbestos wrapped cast iron piping from our basement. His team worked professionally and efficiently. When we bought our older home we were concerned about the asbestos in our basement. Dave put us at ease and answered our many questions. He returned many times due to schedule changes without hesitations. His team arrived on time and finished the removal quickly with no issues. Dave is a professional and we are lucky to have found him! Thank you.

We cannot say enough good things about Saffron Painting. Don and his co-worker were professional, reliable and did an excellent job. After re-wiring our older Toronto home, there were lots of holes and patchwork to be done. In addition much of the house had older plaster walls with detail which they took good care of. Don took off many layers of wallpaper some on the walls for decades and repainted the entire house beautifully. He did this all on time and as planned. He cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. He paid attention to our home and uncovered a leaky pipe which saved us a lot of headache and trouble later. To top it all off we asked him to paint older tile in the kitchen which he did free of charge. He kindly came back a few days after the job was done when we noticed some work by the electrician needed touching up. Thank you Don and Dave!
