When I explained the problem, they were very accusatory suggesting that it couldn't be making the noise I described. (Of course, it didn't make the noise when they were there). And they would not come back until it was making the noise again (which was only 1/2 of the time in a day). It took 4 different trips and upsetting phone calls to finally get it fixed (by the manager who was very helpful).

Designers @ 2 Go Kitchens: o always friendly and made themselves available asap o most knowledgeable with cabinet design in both kitchen & bath o also offered helpful suggestions in other parts of my home o quality of products top notch o installation was flawless o I have continued contact for future work in other areas in my home
