Mark is very reliable and professional. He arrived on time and completed the work quickly and as we had agreed on. He made the required modifications to fix the issue with how the old dishwasher had been installed. He tested both appliances to ensure they were running correctly and cleaned up everything. We are very satisfied and will not hesitate to call him again if required and recommend him to friends.

Chris at the Merival location was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price was the best in the area for the appliances we wanted and the delivery went as planned. However, the company they are affiliated with for installation charges a ridiculous amount of money so we found our own installer and are very satisfied with the end result. I must admit that I was hesitant considering some of the other reviews and their BBB rating given their return policy and procedures that are less than ideal but in the end, it has been a very good experience for us and we are satisfied.
