Bar stools, dinning table and chairs
Terrible customer service. They were so nice when we went in to buy the furniture. But would never call back even after leaving numerous various notes with reception. Our bar stools were ordered in July and were supposed to be delivered mid August. In September we were told only when we finally got a hold of a sales rep that they have been delayed until end of October. We paid our deposit it cash however they would not return that in cash. So after a lock of head banging we put the money towards the dinning table and chairs we ordered. The table/chairs were supposed to be delivered at the very latest middle of September. The sales person kept saying "oh it should be here by end of august - it won't get to middle of september". Left numerous messages for the sales person. When finally we got a hold of her and asked why our calls were not returned she told us that "I had no update to provide to you". This is not customer service. If it's going to be delayed let us know. I would rather have someone tell me that there is a delay than for me to constantly keep calling to get the service we paid for. So our table/chairs are delayed until end of september which is next week. There, still isn't, a definite guarantee that we will get this stuff by then. We have been furniture less for 3 months now. I will never ever recommend Decorium. They don't understand customer service at all. They will gladly take your money but will not provide the required service. I shopped at Elte. They told us they items would be here on a specific date. The salesperson has been calling well in advance to give us updates and the items even showed up before we were supposed to get them. Price isn't much different. They both have great stuff but one has amazing service while the other doesn't have a clue on how to service their customers. Extremely disappointed in them.
