Good to deal with. Our dryer broke down so I searched Kijiji for a local repair company and he came within a few hours to look at it. He picked up the parts and repaired it the next morning. The price was very reasonable. Friendly service.
Lakeshore Home Maintenance repaired a piece of siding that was torn of my house in a wind storm. Small job, but they had excellent customer service and were on site to repair in under 24 hours. Sent me before and after photos. Professional operation all round.

Very happy with the word done by thsi company. Was recommended to me ba a neighbor, and I would not hesitate to give a referral. Price was right in line with others who quoted. Even though we had been a fair amount of rain, they installed on the the original planned dare. Absoultely no prlblems with the roof since the replacement and it look great.

Complete replacement of all windows. I received many quotes and Brock had the best combination of price with quality windows. Never felt like I was being patronized by the sales rep.
