Movers showed up 2h early, even after confirmation the day before. 2nd pick up was done without our knowledge. Still had things inside. In fact it still had a lock on the door. Someone was home and there was no email or knock at door. Driver just drove off after moving the pod over a foot. Massive damage and not reported by the driver. Surprise to hear a day later, we get charged by them for being unable to pick up. We rented pod for 1 month and they came a week early! Follow up with client services has been a nightmare. The evidence is clear and no admission of fault yet. Would not recommend but I will tell this story to everyone I know. DONT USE PODS . They are a delivery service that can’t do the one thing they are supposed to do.
