I believe in supporting local businesses but when we called our local counter place, we were treated poorly to say the least and when we started reading their reviews they were all bad, but one mentioned Rio Stone, so I called and talked to Sue who was very helpful and quoted me a price that was $1000 cheaper. They could do the job in a week, so we went to the store and met her and Martin. I was thinking about doing a bullnose on the edge and he suggest not to and am I every glad I did. The job looks gorgeous and we couldn't be happier. The whole process with Gil the templater to the install team was perfect, but I would like to take my hat off to the guys who never get seen or heard from and that's the fabricators who make the job look so good. Thank you all so much. If you live in the GTA and need counters then don't go anywhere else, you won't be disappointed.

Our windows were original to the house, built in 1976. We had previously replaced all the doors and one window several years ago. We were pleased with the service and quality of the installation we received from Encore. We didn't hesitate to call them when we decided to replace the rest of our windows.
