Superb service. Ben was pleasant, very knowledgeable & gave me a detailed explanation re. the type of Oriental rug that I have & what needed to be done with the rug besides cleaning. He also discussed how important underpadding is to the life of these types of rugs & suggested a stronger & more durable underpadding than what I presently had. Would definitely recommend Toronto Rug Cleaning to all my friends who own specialty rugs. The rug cleaning cost $400 & new underpadding $300. Well worth it as these rugs last forever with good care & cleaning by professionals.
